Apostle Roy Santos is the Founder and President of the MIES Ministry Association, composed of apostles, pastors, prophets, evangelists and teachers of different evangelical denominations to transform nations.
He is the Director of the National Prayer Council; The Network of Warriors interceding for Honduras REGIHON, comprised of more than 4,500 pastors in the nation.

Apostle Santos is also the Director of the National Crusade "Niños a Una Voz" (Children at One Voice), gathering stadiums of 10 to 15 thousand children in prayer for Honduras, The family and the Church.

Apostle Santos is the Honorary President of Parliament for Israel in Honduras designation that was received on April 2017. At the request of Parliament for Israel, this act was held in the Presidential House with the support of the President of Honduras, Juan Orlando Hernández.

Apostle Santos is the Founder and President of the Prayer Council for America, which was organized on August 2015, comprised of 21 Latin American nations: Honduras, United States, Canada, Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Bolivia, Colombia, Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina; given in the city of Trujillo, Colon where a memorial place to the event called "Plaza Las Américas” was built to carry out Operation Trujillo.

On August 2012, Apostle Santos gave a prophetic word to President Juan Orlando Hernández and First Lady Ana García de Hernández. They are the first presidential couple to attend one of Apostol Santos’ crusades, Niños a Una Voz, and to be recognized in their government, the work they do for the benefit of Honduras.
