In selecting Judge Amy Coney Barrett, President Trump has made another outstanding nomination to the Supreme Court.

Judge Barrett is a brilliant jurist with impeccable legal credentials.  She will serve the American people with honor and distinction on our nation’s highest court. Judge Barrett will apply the law as written and enforce the text, structure, and original understanding of the Constitution.  Judge Barrett understands that the role of a judge is to faithfully interpret the law, not to legislate from the bench.
